After two and a half years we have finished our "Selling When You Can't See The Whites of Their Eyes" program. This is an amazing program designed to help sales people who have to make contacts at a distance by phone, voicemail, email etc. This set of tools takes them from the opening sales conversation all the way through asking for referrals after the sale has been made.

The program consists of two interlocking parts. The first part is over three hours of audio instruction with many useful vignettes provided by professional actors. This audio was recorded by the same engineer in the same studio that produced platinum albums for recording artists such as Cake.

The second part of the program is a 355 page workbook/manual the sales person uses after they have listened to instructions and examples. Using this workbook they personalize, practice and perfect the skills they need to improve the whole selling process.
